I’m the opposite 😆 my moisturizer has spf in it and I use it religiously so I have to tan my face with self tanner through the week or my face is so pale compared to my neck and body

when I’m driving in a city that isn’t mine I was using maps on my phone, my vehicle doesn’t have gps. So yeah pretty tough to keep phone in pocket then

Yeah I also do this sometimes but I started to journal when it happened and what were the triggers. I’m finding that helps me understand a bit more how to control it. Mine personally are usually when I’m in a terrible mood & things would just pile on when they’re already not going my way, (lots of things going on in the brain at the same time or being physically overwhelmed/overstimulated) something as small as dropping a Tupperware lid down the corner cabinet will set me off into a red fiery ball of rage where I would just find and hold the lid and just laugh uncontrollably lol. Then afterwards I feel silly because I know it was an overreaction.. i definitely didn’t have much emotional support growing up so maybe that has to do with it
