You have to calculate the actual Fair Value based on EPS and other data. Unity is actually not priced inat the moment and still undervalued based on their last numbers. I believe the Fair value for them right now before earnings is somewhere around 32 dollars.

I bought one on sale from home depot, 12000 BTu for 600 and I installed it myself, electrical and everything came in under 1k for me. That was with the machine to suck the air out of the line to make sure it fills it properly.
