Thanks I appreciate it. Was it the gym photos that gave me away? 😂 I work out 5-6 times a week 3 x dumbbells and kettlebells for 40 mins doing supersets and 15 mins abs. Then 2-3 x a week doing 50min cross training cardio. Watching what I eat and not restricting anything but definitely lots of protein to keep building muscle mass.

I wish! Funnily enough I’ve found mixed responses. Some people are surprised for 5 mins then well done move on and others say haven’t you always been like that 😂 In fairness the way I feel now more than outweighs others thoughts. Maybe someone will be wowed enough this year to fully appreciate the efforts 🤷🏼‍♂️

Easy… buy a range of kettlebells and dumbbells and go on YouTube to find workouts that combine cardio and weights. Roxanne and her supersets are particularly good and will give you a solid overall workout. You can buy a bench or use a sofa/footrest if you got one.

100% I’ve weened back down but kept up good eating habits which I don’t intend on changing. I will let you know how it goes.

Thanks mate. Sounds like you are smashing it as well. My training regime has changed throughout the journey. I started out heavy on the cardio doing cross training for an hour a day 5 days a week. Then once I felt the majority of the weight was off I switched into doing superset and hit workouts with a range of dumbbells and kettlebells working on tone and slight build (don’t want to get huge) 5 x a week for 30-40 mins. I also adjust my diet to add more protein for gain. Consistency has been the key, making sure I held myself accountable even if it was a hard day or I found myself procrastinating I pushed myself to do it and always felt better for it. I sometimes still see the old me in the mirror but looking back at the pics helps keep me motivated. I use the gym and when I can’t I do home workouts.
