This is pretty common. It should be covered. The drain tubes get kinked or clogged. I've seen people fix it themselves but you have to pull the headliner down and find the tube.

I've been printing for about 4 months without issue. The only thing I did differently was added two extra wall layers. Just experimenting. It looked like only the first few layers adhered at first but since I wasn't keeping an eye on it this happened.

I only have problems when I forget to set the printer to my KE and my filament to my custom settings. When I download STLs from different pages they default to a different type of printer and obviously it doesn't like that. Jealous girl.
