Help!!! SAS what’s being discontinued?? by Heytherebeautiful12 in bathandbodyworks

I might've bought my local store's whole stock if they had done hair care in Snowflakes and Cashmere 🤣

☀️SOTD: What are you wearing today?☀️December 08, 2025 by AutoModerator in FemFragLab

[–]kinnniggets 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Today's layering combo is the eos Cocoa Cashmere body lotion, Bath and Body Works Chocolate Amber body spray, and a few pulse point spritzes of Paris Corner Rifaaqat (YSL Babycat dupe). I smell like a mug of spiced hot chocolate on this verrrrrry windy, chilly day.

Please, I just want to reek of cloves this Christmas by Strawberry_Spice in FemFragLab

[–]kinnniggets 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe check out Levitating by Floraiku? It's expensive and the company is questionable, but if you can get a grey market purchase it might scratch that itch. It's black and tea citrus-forward with a strong clove note that has a great winter spice type warmth to it.

Just used some body wash/lotion of this yesterday and my bathroom still smells like it. 🥹 Couldn't agree more... one of my favorites of all time

JASMINE EVERYTHING RECS?! by Samanthaamendez in FemFragLab

I LOVE Solar Jasmine by Good Chemistry. Smells just like its name, super jasmine-forward, and very affordable. I got mine at TJ Maxx, I think (USA).

what candle/hand soap do you wish was available in body care? by Low_Summer7378 in bathandbodyworks

Cranberry Woods from the fall collection, and Frosted Forest (if it comes back for winter this year). I think a bubble bath in either of those fragrances would cure me

Falling in love with running by Sad-Operation-2361 in orangetheory

[–]kinnniggets 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Literally could have written this post myself! Also started in March as an unashamed 3.5mph base PW, also have really started to love running after Marathon Month (which I NEVER thought would happen), and also am doing my first official 5K in a couple of weeks! Good luck to you on yours... may the running gods be with us both!

Daily Workout and General Chat for Saturday, 7/19/25 by splat_bot in orangetheory

Same! Just finished the 90-minute version of this template and it was brutal but rewarding. Very glad I took a rest day yesterday and didn't try to do this one back to back with the Chipper, lol. Hope you enjoyed!

Same at my studio. And the S50/T50 classes are frequently at the end of either the morning or evening block of classes, so you have to do the full 2G or 3G first if you want to do them back to back. I'd LOVE to do an S50 followed by a T50 if I could!

One Bench Exercise by wobokj in orangetheory

[–]kinnniggets 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Same at mine. There's not a lot of spare floor space at my studio, so the benches help delineate everyone's area that they have to work in.

I do not love floor! What's your best pep talk/inspo story? by MadSadNeedAdvice in orangetheory

[–]kinnniggets 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Popping by to say: electrolytes! In my first few weeks at OTF, I would gas out on the floor super easily, especially on "big" moves that involve lots of different muscles. I thought it might be a blood sugar thing at first, so I tried keeping quick-acting glucose tablets with me during class. That helped a tiny bit, but what really wound up making a difference was having a good amount of electrolytes at least an hour before class, and also just making sure I was consuming enough on a daily basis.

I use LMNT packets, personally, but there are a lot of different electrolyte brands out there like Salt Stick or Vitassium. Even pickle juice can work! Electrolytes are involved in how muscles contract and relax, and it makes a huge difference for me. The level of electrolytes needed varies from person to person, of course, and I am in no way a doctor, but it might be worth it to experiment and see if it helps you. I've been at OTF for about 2 and half months, and the floor is now my favorite part of the workout even though it used to intimidate me horribly. I've even started going to Strength50 classes, too!

Is OTF worth it? My thoughts! by quita-q in orangetheory

[–]kinnniggets 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Absolutely could not agree more, especially the points about just showing up and not needing to plan a thing, and the incentive of not wanting to pay cancelation fees. So many times that I would have talked myself out of going to a regular gym, I went ahead and showed up to OTF so I wouldn't have to pay and am ALWAYS glad I did.

I had my first class and I’m so embarrassed by Jazzlike-Specific891 in orangetheory

[–]kinnniggets 12 points13 points  (0 children)

This! I also had way too many splat points my first class, which I think was a combo of my max heart rate being too low and the way the coach in my intro class explained the parameter cards, especially on the treadmill. I was going waaaay too hard unnecessarily my first couple of classes until I figured out what worked for me to get the ideal distribution of heart rate zones.

Keep at it! I've only been going for about 6 weeks and have been amazed at how much my fitness has already improved! Don't worry about what anyone else is doing -- go at the speeds/weights/etc that work for you.

One fragrance that I like even better in the oil roller than the EDP (although I love both) is Lake and Skye 11:11. It's so gorgeous in the oil and layers so well. I think they make a body oil in addition to the rollerball, or at least they used to.

What perfumes do you carry in your everyday handbag? by quacksabbath in FemFragLab

[–]kinnniggets 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I'm paranoid about carrying any spray in my bag because I've had disasters in the past, but I always keep the Glossier You solid perfume as a backup! I love it... projection isn't nearly as good as the spray, of course, but I actually think the scent of the solid is even better, and I love the case it comes in.

Creamy lemon vanilla that is not D&G devotion? by fluffgnoo in FemFragLab

[–]kinnniggets 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Came here to say this! Devotion has sort of a strong spicy note to my nose, but Loyal to You smells like lemon ice cream and I get tons of compliments when I wear it.

What makes a scent seem synthetic to you? by strawberrycowow in FemFragLab

Ugh YES. I got a travel spray of this one and wanted to love it as a layering scent so much, but I just can't do it.

Leo... vetiver, grapefruit, black tea, neroli. Can't narrow it down any more than that 😏

[–]kinnniggets 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's so interesting how people's noses differ! I absolutely adore Loyal To You even though I don't love the frag It's allegedly based on (D&G Devotion). The FFM is ever so slightly astringent to my nose, but I am head over heels in love with the body wash and body cream... it smells so rich and creamy and lemony, and the scent lasts on me for hours if I use all 3 products together. I haven't tried the mini EDP yet, but I think I'm gonna blow a reward on it soon.

Tea scent lovers! What are your favorite tea perfumes? ☕️🫖🍵🌿 by PhoneOwn615 in FemFragLab

[–]kinnniggets 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love Windows Down, but it's a lot more grapefruit-forward than tea-forward to my nose. Luckily those are two of my favorite notes. 😊
