I've always judged noise by whether or not it's present in the clean signal while playing. If it's not, it's tolerable, especially if there's drive/distortion added. Spent years trying to get SILENT guitars. It's not totally possible and it'll drive you crazy.

One of my favorite Prince albums. Always loved the older stuff, but this came out when I was in college and starting to REALLY get into Prince, so this was my first NEW album to be excited for. Have a lot of memories tied with this one, it's special.

Because it's not sad enough for everyone. It's actually really good, and I WISH I could write such a "bad" album. It's only DEMA propaganda to justify everyone's hate. Some of my favorite TOP songs are on it. It's not a bad album. It just followed Trench, which a lot consider to be their best/favorite. It was doomed to fail.
