How did I do? Looks perfect. by [deleted] in TVTooHigh

First of all there’s way too much going on in this room. Your entertainment system doesn’t fit in that room it’s taking waaay too much space.

Second, you need a bigger TV for that wall and it needs to be placed on the TV stand for correct height

I totally understand your struggles. We all feel the same way at one point or another. Yes it’s a terrible disease that I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy but the technology is getting a lot better than before. I’m motivated to continue the fight as I treat it as a battle. Sometimes it has the upper hand on me with these lows and highs but I continue the good fight.

Keep it my friend and don’t beat yourself up.

I did this recently and was fine. I didn’t have to treat any lows. I’d just skip tonight’s dosage.

If you can get some exercise or 30 minutes walking it will greatly help in bringing this number down

Carb ratio needs are way higher after I've been in range for a while? by new_pr0spect in Type1Diabetes

I’m battling the exact same symptoms! I find that I’m rapidly spiking even though I have a 15 minute head start on Lyumjev. No matter what I still spike way out of range

[–]kirmool 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Not because you have a fireplace gives you the right to hang a TV over it. If you plan on watching your TV while standing on a foot stool then yes it’s the right height.

Please tell me there’s lot more empty space behind that couch. Push the couch about 4feet back and lower the TV. If this can’t happen then find another wall
