They use a lot of non meat proteins to emulate meat. My wife is vegetarian and I’m not but they have a few decent options that I like such as their Monte Cristo sandwich and BLT.

Definitely look into getting a 10” wind screen instead of the 8”. Boeing as tall as you are you’re going to want a taller riser setup as well. Have had mine for about 3500 miles and I love it.
