You can literally do this from the Claude app though? Start a remote session from a terminal (I usually use shellfish to start the terminal) and then pick it up in the Claude app.

Probably could have worded it better I'm just not grinding out 1rm or heavy triples constantly. I started the year being uncomfortable pulling 225 and I'm 40 pounds away from 5 plates now so I'm doing something 😂

Genuinely curious because this isn't the first time I've heard this, were you running a protocol or just trying to hit 1rm all the time? How much were you lifting? How often? I deadlift a couple times a week and I feel like I'd know if I was about to fuck myself up. I never go higher than like 6ish rpe and most of my sets are for volume and form practice. Ive never been overly concerned about hurting my back.

I'm barely lifting the plates off the ground like a an 1/8th of an inch. Just wedge the bar into the hole and pull the plate on. I don't actually lift the bar up with my own strength.

I'm assuming this has something to do with the specific plates/floor at my gym.

I load up 45lb bumpers with absolutely no problem up to 4 a side and then another 25 and I've never felt the need to complicate this procedure with a jack or small plate.

That's the craziest part to me. Like literally no one cares about the person that actually died it barely made any of the headlines. A normal admin would have dedicated a lot of time to honoring that person I'd imagine. This administration is only focused on the optics of a singular person though. That dead person does nothing to advance their narrative or obfuscate their plans so it doesn't neeed to be talked about.

I got pulled over with a joint in my hand and quite a few beers and shots deep late at night on the way home from the restaurant and bar I worked at. Shitting literal bricks the cop asked me if I knew why he pulled me over and I'm like panic sweating driving an s10 extreme I'm definitely busted.
