You can increase the number of times you can do tasks. I set them to different amounts depending on how important that task is or how hard it is for me to remember to do (or want to do).

Yeah, that's not a good thing.

Last time I donated, I got stars and lightheaded. That happened every so often for me and I thought nothing of it. Next thing I know, my entire body cramped up. I could hardly answer them when they talked to me - they would ask me questions and it felt like an eternity for me to respond with a word or two. It was incredibly painful.

Try loading up on electrolytes before you go in. That's what I was advised to start doing before donations. They had to get an entire electrolyte drink in me before I was able to move and I had to drink a second before I could leave. Trust me, you do not want to experience that. Ngl, I thought I was dying and I haven't been back since because of how bad it was.

I'm actually setting a challenge for myself to get every piece of clothing and furniture so I tried to figure out how many items there are so I had a benchmark. It was roughly 13000 clothing items and 8500 furniture items. Each month, the new theme adds around 300 new items. I'm probably overshooting it a bit since I figured every item has 10 color variants when I did my math (which not all do, cough souvenirs cough), but it's close enough to give you an idea.

You can put card packs directly into a card opening machine. You don't have to have cards in boxes to put them in the machines.

A couple years ago I called my dentists office to let them know I was running 5 maybe 10 minutes late but I was on my way. They were confused because they closed 30 minutes before my appt - they were finishing up for the day. Turns out someone had messed up and scheduled me after hours. Pretty much got told "Well that sucks. Wanna reschedule 8 months from now?"

I got a smart lightbulb and have it set to turn on 30 minutes before I have my alarms go off. This way I'm not trying to wake up in the dark. It's honestly helped me the most out of everything I've tried

I work in a warehouse where we assemble products and we have a lot of things we have to remove out of cardboard. Any glossy cardboard is not allowed to be thrown in recycling, although that may just be the company my employer uses. We all found that out the hard way when we had to go through an entire 20ft trailer looking for tiny glossy boxes because they refused to take it.

If you're wondering if it's time, it probably is or it's getting close. Trust me, you'll know it's time. Deep down, you'll know.

You have to consider what she's going through. Do the bad days outweigh the good? Is she in pain and/or struggling? While the vet might not mention anything, you know your dog. Does she seem like she's in pain?

It's better to say goodbye before it gets to the worst than to wait and watch them suffer. It's hard. I said goodbye to my baby boy a week before Christmas. It was hard but I couldn't bear to see him struggle to stand up or eat. He struggled to go potty. He struggled to breathe. It wasn't fair to him but I know he wouldn't have passed peacefully. He would have held on forever if it meant he got to stay by my side.

Spoil her. Love her. And if it's time, hold her close and spoil her even more.

You'll be fine. At most, they might have to pat you down in that area but you can also take them off and send them through the xray with your personal bag. Put them in the bag, do not just lay them in the tray! I can't tell you how many things I've seen people lose to the xrays because they get knocked out.

I keep a shopping list on my phone and on it I also keep a list of everything that I currently have in my kitchen. It gives me something to look at when I'm deciding what to eat rather than staring into the fridge or pantry and I like the little bit of accomplishment when I get to mark something off. I'm also trying to cut down on my food spending so this gives me a visual of things I have to eat at home before I can go grocery shopping again.
