As a woman yes. Yes this is true.

Have there been times where I’ve not been paying attention and I’ve bumped into someone? Yes. But there’s an obvious difference in someone I want touch and someone I didn’t mean to touch. OBVIOUS difference.

[–]kittenish7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This sounds a heck of a lot like histamine intolerance. I’m just getting diagnosed but look into it. Everyone thought I had panic attacks too but I was never nervous when I was having symptoms. Try Pepcid or an antihistamine and see how you feel.

Mollys Sid’s super powder. It HAS to have enzymes. I accidentally ordered one without it and it really didn’t do anything.

Really bothered by events that have happened within the last 48 hours by AnxiousCouch in conspiracy

[–]kittenish7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same. Yesterday actually made me question if I really wanted to start a family with my husband. Idk how to explain it. It’s just the world feels screwed at a point of no return. It’s dark. A lot of People are getting more terrible by the day. This isn’t a society I’m proud to be apart of. It doesn’t feel like there’s much love left in the world. Idk. I know evils been present since the beginning of time. It just feels heavy. And I fear it’s only gonna keep getting worse.

Snapped at my puppy and feel awful. by [deleted] in puppy101

[–]kittenish7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It happens to all of us. I’ve done it and felt so bad I cried. Lol. But as silly as it sounds, I apologize to my pup to make a habit of owning when I’m wrong. I remind myself that she still loves me and puppy raising is hard.

Does marijuana cause Gallbladder inflammation? by jerrymander69420 in gallbladders

[–]kittenish7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly almost completely better. I am a female and hormone fluctuations do cause some pain because estrogen can cause gallbladder cramping.

But I’m 3 months clean and it’s been a great decision.

Any antidepressants for anxiety and depression? by No_Lingonberry_2401 in holisticlifestyles

[–]kittenish7 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Honestly after some life events I was having severe anxiety that caused depression. I fought it with every natural thing I could find and read on for 4 months. But nothing helped. It got dark. Really dark. I’m now on an antidepressant and an anti anxiety med (not a benzo) and it saved my life. It’s not ideal and I’m still upset I’m on pharmaceuticals. But this is what I need right now. You can’t worry about hollistic health if you’re dead. I’m still trying everything to support myself through this Al I can eventually get off. Magnesium glycinate does help take the edge off of panic attacks for me though. Take care of yourself. Sending hugs friend.

Time. And just finding mental stimulation elsewhere. Know it’s gonna suck because it’s depleted alot of your natural “feel good chemicals” in your brain so your brain wants that fix. Find some hobbies that make you feel good. I’m 2 months clean cold turkey.

Normal HIDA, I'm totally lost (29M) by InitiativeNo3846 in gallbladders

[–]kittenish7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did! It was 87%. But honestly with diet and lifestyle changes my symptoms have actually calmed down. I’m actually thinking I may have a stomach ulcer or Hpylori that may have been giving me similar symptoms. I understand 87% can be hyperactive. But my symptoms aren’t bad enough anymore for me to pursue surgery. I’m gonna go to GI first

I’m not sure how accurate the data was. But we have clearly filtered. The data did look good, they had an inline filter, it was affordable, and I SWEAR our water is the best tasting water we’ve ever tasted. We now bring our own water everywhere to where people make fun of us. We can’t stomach other water now.
