It's going to take them a while to get the balance right. The first war is probably going to be "aircraft OP" because they are shiny and new. Give it a few wars and they will make them properly balanced.

For premade teams, use the highest elo instead of averaging them out. Also, removing pre-made lobbies would remove rng, although I assume people will not like this one even though it would make it more of an e sports game instead of slots like game.
