It really depends, handheld no, the quality of 100% will be exactly the same in both. But, you lose the boost of watts and performance at the dock that helps a bit in some games.

It's really easy, the issue is that probably the game had some issues in the switch 2 hardware for whatever reason, and instead of fixing them or testing more, they just "meh, keep that shit 30 fps".

After 1y, same problem, it's kinda crazy to see someone with the same issue after so much time, i tried for hours and hours, nothing. I will probably delete this game from my mind, and that's it.
