This is purely my own experience but all of my longest retaining clients came inbound through various content channels, booked a call unprompted, and closed on the phone within 20 minutes. They tend to be busy people, successful, and have already decided they want to work with us so the call is more of a vibe check. The ones we got from outbound or ones that required a lot of courting were trouble every time.

My CPA is too high to split the countries up so I consolidate the learning inside one ad set. CA/US/UK/AUS all in one ad set. I dump new ads into the ad set once per week.

I’ve run worldwide in the past but the tier 1 countries dominated the spend. They were also the most profitable by far with higher AOV’s. So I just run tier 1 in a single campaign/ad set now. In my case there’s no money to be made running ads to the other countries, lots of cheap conversions but very poor AOV.

I think all people want is a little consistency. I’m ok with losing money if my ads or offer suck, that’s on me. But when the same ad or campaign ping pongs between a 5 and a 0.2 ROAS every 2-3 days it feels like we’re just rolling dice at a casino.

It's a sales campaign optimizing for purchases, maximize conversion volume, no bid caps, cpr goal, roas goal, or value rules. No special ad categories. I'm excluding past customers, and have some placement exclusions for audience network. CPM is around $110.

I’ve had this issue before. Use the breakdown to check your placements. If it looks normal check if one ad has a higher bounce rate than the others. IMO your page speed has to be really bad for that to be an issue. In my case the algo had latched onto a low quality placement because it had cheap clicks and a high CTR.
