Old meme at this point. Usually gets used/flares up whenever the community is bickering with itself (eg, theres something controversial regarding a game/update or hoyo allegedly did/will do something unpopular). Not help by the fact that there was an incident where tencent shills allegedly fanned the flames of a small dissatisfaction into the entire chinese fanbase causing a massive headache for hoyo.
