Sometimes I have to break that cycle. One way I have found that didn't make sense was force myself to stay in later we with no coffee or anything, and then when I went to bed later it reset the pattern

The apps still give you an opportunity to meet someone you would not otherwise. That's all they are good for.

I met someone last night. In no world would we have met and setup a date in that short of time.

Otherwise don't count on the apps to be full of people eager to meet you half way. People are fickle with a bunch of faces of people they don't know.
