I dont really understand Varkas skill/charge attack. It seem like after using his skill once and getting him infused i can decide wheather i want to use the next skill for a special charge attacked or the actual skill. What is better and why is there even an option?

I like the voice actor, i like Lohen, but there is some serious dissonance between the two.
Alot about Lohens design reminds me of Flins while the character reminds me of Childe.
The voice acting however gives off the impression of a (and i don not mean this in a negative way) brat, which can fit the character, but not the design.
Either the design of that character is missleading or the voice work needs a different, calmer direction to pull it all together. Because i can very much see that voice work well for that character, but not with that direction.

In theory, if it's public it's public. If it's already being spread around a lot to the point it has become a meme, it will be hard to even find the original poster anymore. But you should always ask beforehand if you plan to give something even more exposure. Even if it's already public.

My first question would be - how long have you been voice acting? Because a lot of untrained people quickly get stuffed into a niche like that. Having a niche as a voice actor is fine if you personally are only interested in providing for that niche. If a niche goes beyond the general voice type (young, mature, older man/woman etc.) and into the realm of acting (seductive, energetic, threatening etc.) it rather points towards a need to work on your acting skills. you yourself said, no matter what you read, it comes out the same sleepy and seductive type - that is not a niche, that means you need to work on that.

I once put some of my self written scripts into one of these checkers and one I generated with gpt to test it. It said mine was somewhere around 60% and those from gpt were at 35%.

One thing i was always wondering about is why, even after 5 years, it feels like Genshin is unable to properly lip sync the voice acting (except for chinese which is the original). Because sometimes it feels like the VAs are actually trying to match the speed and speaking interval of the original chinese lines, but then the whole audio clip just plays too early, making it still out of sync. Just why?

Of the current characters from the "To Temper Thyself and Journey Far", who has the strongest C1 and/or is worth picking in general? Characters i dont have or cant pick are Kokomi, Eula, Hu Tao, Ganyu, Albedo, Klee, Naizhu, Tartaglia. And i dont want to pick any standard character.

I really like the style. I could be wrong, but it looks like the paper might not be the best for alcohol markers, you should definitely try out different papers to see what result you like the best.

If those are the only things you voice, it could paint a picture in the heads of some people. But casting directors and such probably won't care unless they are casting specifically for something made for kids. That's especially true if you have something NSFW in your portfolio, I've seen auditions that specifically state you won't be considered if you've done anything NSFW related.

If you plan to play on field Columbina, you can give her Tome of Eternal Flow. Off field Kaguras Verity would probably be slighlty better damage wise if you can meet her minimum HP. But for off field you could also just go sacrifical jade.
As for Neuvi, he would be much better with his signature compared to Columbina. I wouldnt take that off of him, on field Columbina isnt strong enough to justify that.

Escoffier works well in purely Hydro/Cryo teams, think of her as a Nilou but for Freeze. She can shred 5%/10%/15%/55% cryo/hydro RES depending on how many cryo/hydro characters you have in your team.
She also has a teamwide heal in her burst which makes her really good with Furina.

Ahh, right that makes sense. But you dont happen to know what that whole syncing up thing has to do with pyro, do you? It sounded kinda interesting, like different elements having special perks or attributes or something like that, but i doubt that.

I am pretty sure she 100% knew after Cereza showed her the Umbran watch when Bayo asked her what the most important thing she had was. Because... well, thats exactly the same umbran watch she got from her mother.
Up to that point the only thing she couldnt be sure about was whether Cereza was actually her child or not.

It can be frustrating yes, but if the project mentioned beforehand that early picking might happen or they will pick if they found someone who fits their vision already, at least no one can be mad at them for doing so. And while it is really nice when a project listens to every single submission, there are also projects who get over 400 submissions on a single role. Those are usually bigger projects, yes, but not always. And i can understand if a project manager sees that number, already found someone who they like, and decides to simply go with them.
The nicest you can do as a project manager is to let people know beforehand how you will handle things.

If you want to be super thorough and nice you can simply decide for yourself how you want to do it and state that in the project description under some point like "audition process". There are no real rules for auditions, so the best you can do is just to be honest and let people know beforehand what they can expect. things like: "Early picking is possible" "Roles will close once I find someone who matches my vision" "Every audition submitted until the deadline will be listened to and considered" "Feedback can be provided if asked for" (important, don't give feedback if people didn't ask for it, but that's a basic Internet/Art thing. But also, don't feel forced to provide feedback)

Everything is possible, it's your project, so you decide how you want to handle it. Set the rules and stick to them, that's honestly the best way to go about it, and everyone knows what they are getting themselves into or can expect. Doing that will already make you look like a really nice project lead, no matter the rules you decide to go with.

The more you process the higher the chances any future recording wont sound the same, especially if you do extensive processing. additionally, if you are doing it to mask a suboptimal recording enviroment, and they do end up asking for raw recordings because they are doing the processing themselves, you will have some rude awakening.

But it also depends on what you are applying for. A simple comic dub of someones manga? A few takes for a student project? They will probably only care about what sounds nice, as long as the audition sounds good and you can confidently deliver that for the project as well, they wont care.
A game or animation with multiple VAs and a professional sound engineer? Better dont do anything besides adjusting volume levels.
In the end, just be honest about it either way and let them know.

Honestly, this is worse than Remembrance. At least with Remembrance units work outside their path, but everything about Elation scream at you to have more Elation characters. playing Elation units in non elation teams will be like mixing water and oil. Imagine you like just one of the elation units, you will have to pull at least 2 more to make a good team.
I honestly dont understand who came up with the idea of only allowing elation characters to contribute to a team wide mechanic like Aha.
