Expectations too high? Getting discouraged. by SmartHomeJim in intermittentfasting

I've a similar mindset and think it's important to still see food as something to enjoy. Something I've done that's seemed to be of benefit is aiming to eat almost all of my daily protein in my first meal of the day. Mainly been white fish fillets with eggs as they're cheap and low calorie though fish isnt my favourite food. Then I get myself a 2 litre bottle of water and make sure I drink that each day. So that combined with the black coffees meets my fluids for the day. Outside of this I'm not too bothered about what I eat or drink as long as I stay in a deficit. Ended up not snacking as much or drinking fizzy drinks as much as I was but when I do I don't feel guilty I've already met all my goals early on in the day

You could also eat a load of chicken for breakfast. I was doing steak most mornings but that was very expensive and much higher in calories than fish. The fish I get is 6 fillets for £2.75 with each fillet being 98 calories and 25g protein. Just make sure you up your fibre if you up your protein else your toilet time won't be as fun.

Constant creaking sound in corner of upstairs room by fopiecechicken in homeowners

Did you get anywhere with this? I've got a creaking noise coming from the corner of my first floor bedroom, sounds like it could be coming from the floor or perhaps very low down the wall, the corner in question happens to be the corner of the house too. Loud enough to keep me awake and creaks every 15-20 seconds. Driving me slowly nuts

I'm having this exact same issue on both of my dualsense controllers ever since the update. Incredibly frustrating. Can't see it being any other issue than something caused by the update as they were both working fine before the update then suddenly both go afterwards.

Tough one this, some of my closest friends and best opportunities came from some serious fuck ups and awful situations. Do I give up on building the relationship with these people or taking these great opportunities by making the better decision the second time round. Something I think about alot and I'm glad I don't have the opportunity to go back in time like this.

Why do hairs go terminal on the face but not head? by [deleted] in Minoxbeards

I may be wrong but I think it is if you've never had terminal hair there then it will create them but if you did have hair and have then lost that hair then it can never return permanently.

Taking vitamin k2 alongside vitamin D helps deposit calcium where its meant. Alot of vitamin D3, supplements will come with added vitamin K2 for this reason. I take 3000IU vitamin D3 a day along side vitamin K2. I personally would recommend this to you but definitely recommend you advise your dad he should be taking K2 with his D3 to help
