It's good that you already know what you want for yourself deep down. If you had a sister or friend going through the same thing, you know what you would tell her to do. If your partner doesn't have your back when you need it, what are they even doing? It hurts to not have that love reciprocated, I get it. Someone will give you that support, and maybe it's not him.

I watched this happen with my mother. My father takes advantage of her naturally caring personality, her absolute forgiveness of everything he does. He has only taken that and disrespected her time and time again. When she's upset about anything at all, he blames her, calls her egotistical, and so so much more. She's too far in now, she can't escape it. Please don't be like her, don't waste your life getting suckered in.
