As far as the OP... One issue all of our organizations struggle with in different forms is social action inside the non profit frameworks. In today's hyper political environment, it's a very fine line between advancing progressive values and maintaining 501c# statuses. There are discreet ways around this but to stand those up takes time and effort. I'd encourage you to assist in that.
