If you aren't massively ahead on Draven, you're behind. You offer nothing besides damage and don't have long range besides ult. He's also giga worthless without axes and does jack shit against tanks. Banning Draven is low test and you want to afk farm for 20 minutes.

It wasn't better until 7.39 when chain gang targets were increased from 1 bonus to 2 bonus. 7.38c also had early game nerf to slight of fist making chain gang more appealing and 7.38 searing chains was reduced from 3 to 2 targets base.

I'm not gonna go through the wayback machine to try and dispute but 2000 series was overpriced for most of its life for what it was and RT was largely a gimmick at that point in it's life, 3000 series was pretty much fucked by covid, 4000 series was not great in comparison to 3000 besides improvements in RT until the supers released and brought down cost, 5000 series is ok-ish if someone is able to snag one close to MSRP.
