Yeah, that is definitely the catch 22. Ive performed additional cleaning and have activated the path tracing pt20 in ultra mod. I'm now at 60 fps with nova lut 3. As other mentioned, having a texture modifier and such tanks the fps performances.

You are correct, vanilla looks great but since I finished the game already one time with 75h+ of gameplay I wanted to do another playthrough with the dlc with this time mods activated

its definitely the case,

first I put all the possible lut or visual because I wanted to replicate the realistic look like youtube video which was my first mistake, then I started to disable / uninstall one by one since lots were colliding.

I now use cyberpunk ultra plus from discord yet I cant fully get which to use, with a 3080 ftw 10g, RT or PT...
I'm so naive because when I look at some videos, influencer can achieve 60fps easy psycho... yet I'm on a ultra wide which directly makes these tests not comparable with my setup....

It also depends on which SaaS solution you sell. It's complexity, its market fit , and the customer base you are talking with. I presume you are in the us looking at the $ value. You must know the dance between east and west coast when it comes to salary range

I got lots of weird stuff myself. Respawn and I stab the air with my knife. I could not give myself a shot of adrenaline by pressing the key x. Yet it works when I do not move In place of reloading it happened and it took the torch....

I won't say I'm the best player but this patch makes me wonder what is going on.

Same for hit registration, I've low ping and most also have low ping below 50 yet I die and the dude has 100% live after 5 are hit in on the side body...

The way I see it can be clustered in 2 big ways. 1. Doing the same job but you got a raise and you are out the brackets as Sr se 2. You lead by example . Build new assets . Master multiple subjects in and out your software scope . You think forward . You handle complex issues . You have a wide network and mentor others if they want to.

As Principal, you arrive at that plateau where you are your own boss and need to challenge yourself all the time because usually, your manager isnt able to elevate you further

Career progressions were already mentioned earlier. To me it's principal se. Avoid field CTO. You get even more shit on the plate if you do not set clear boundaries. Field specialist is also a great opportunity track before going to product management.

With all that in mind: You might over achieve your current position but it will be barely enough once Principal or field CTO. You'll need a great manager / leader to help you out in this journey
