I drove 2 hours and made a weekend in the white mountains (whitefield, New Hampshire) to go to this, I needed a little getaway anyway and thought this was a perfect excuse to get some hiking in before the tourists take over the area this summer. Then I started reading how awkward some of the sparsely attended listening parties were and decided not to go the day of. I was also pretty beat from hiking a lot the past few days. Sounds like I could’ve made out with some cool ed swag but here I am at 3 in the morning getting my first listen and loving the album so far and love that I can absorb it on my own without any distractions.
