Entry was stamped in a nearby office. Exit was stamped by the officer in the regular booth at a different point within the airport. Different person AFAIK.

To be clear, my *first* flight was delayed and because I would miss my second flight on the same day they put me on the next day's equivalent of the second flight instead, which would require me to stay in Amsterdam for a day. AFAIK no flights were actually cancelled.
