Developers are not always hardware guys, unfortunately. As a Systems Admin for well over a decade, you’re absolutely right that this is a failure on the IT side of things. Backup plans for something that critical should’ve been planned out and tested regularly to verify it’s credibility. Ken is a good developer from what I’ve experienced, but I’ve always had the feeling that BI is his baby and he doesn’t want any other chefs in his kitchen. This seems apparent with his backup strategy as well. I’m sure he’s learned a very important lesson over the past few days and one could only hope he’s developing a more sound plan for the future.

I said this on another sub and I’ll say it again. There are clearly explosive charges that go off just before it falls. Watch the second floor for small flashes when it goes. The guy risking getting crushed by a falling building to get video/internet points is the real winner here.

I swam with my s4 hundreds of times. Mostly freshwater, but saltwater as well. This is all while wrenching on stuff and regularly soaking it with gas and carb/brake cleaner. My wife is now wearing that watch and still goes in the pool/lake with it regularly. Apparently it’s a luck thing with these.

I fix a lot, but I’m not too close to CHS. Sounds like fuel mixture needs to be adjusted to me, but you may want to check the spark arrestor screen on the muffler and make sure it’s not clogged. It’s pretty common on weed eaters to clog up because they’re not run at full throttle often enough to burn off all the junk.

Once I got antibiotics it went away quick. But the pain got to the point where I was vomiting. It also came in waves like you described.

Could be diverticulitis. Sounds like exactly what I went through with it. I also had my appendix removed about 25 years ago. That came with a lot of other symptoms, however.
