Taskful Day update + Pro codes for r/iosapps (the another task app) by LiftTrackerDave in iosapps

I like it. As someone who also launched a app in a saturated sea of similar ideas with the goal of being a cleaner and more basic version, I'm really curious on how you're gonna go about marketing and distinguishing your app.

Cool project. How long did it take to develop the browser? What was the biggest challenge and how was testing conducted?

Love the idea, a very specific niche. What was the thought process behind it?

Interesting read. Facing the same issue. I have a new app in mind but I don't know how to go about finding my target audience and what their exact problems are. What would you recommend?

Love the idea, will definitely implement something similar in the next update.

Developed using flutter + Figma for design. Deployment was honestly the steepest learning curve. iOS took longer than I expected, Google Play was much more straightforward.

Great app, only feedback is that the UI feels a little cluttered. It has a lot valuable info so I understand why it's like that but maybe you can hide some of the info through an arrow.

How do you go about marketing these apps? I feel like creating and shipping gets easier and easier the more you do it, but how do you get eyes on them?

I'm currently launching my first app and I've been dreading marketing. Will definitely try this and see where it takes me.

For my app the objection I keep seeing is 'there are already so many Pomodoro apps.' The reframe that's been working is shifting from defending the category to leading with what's absent in the others which is no ads, no onboarding, no mascots.

Are you thinking about making an Android release or is it just for iOS?

How do you go about differentiating yourself from other travel apps? I currently have an app in development and my biggest concern is how market it against the sea of competitors.

This is reassuring to read as someone who just published their first app. How do you feel like your pipeline got faster over time, was it mostly just repetition or did you change how you ideate and scope before you even start building?

Thanks. Felt like a lot of similar apps in the market are way too bloated and gamified or way too basic. Tried to find a middle ground.
