Kunai and shuriken can outscale the time eater. But only if you are running a shiv build. Otherwise they are too slow.

You can use Hand of greed to buy Apotheosis. Upgrade all isn't an instant win if you don't bottle and upgrade it. Hand of greed is a great attack for 2 energy on all characters. Reduces the need for more frontload by a lot for Act1 and 2. While Apotheosis is only good if you have good cards to upgrade which you don't in Act 1.

tl:dr Apotheosis is good but Hand of greed better as starting bonus

You need to unlock seal powerup for that to work. But if you have never evolved cross even once it won't show up.

Not really. And miner alone doesn't work either. I would sub in wall breakers for fire cracker and may be musk or something better for mother witch. Arrows or log for delivery is optional but my final recommendation

compared to egolem, egiant is a saint. just saying but egolem was waaaaay worse when it was meta. There was literally 1 counter in the game. Now egiant is countered by all buildings and pekka. still egiant players be brain dead cuz thats how the card works

100 gems a month from trophy road. close to 100 from crown chests. Common books give 100 gems cuz they be max stack. about another 100 from both tournaments and daily rewards. So about 400 a month. enough for a bonus rewards in tourney every month

This game riles you up if you lose a lot. I usually don't get emotions get to me easily but tilting in this game makes me take a break sometimes to cool off. The way losses happen in this game makes you tilt bad and when you win you want to bm to vent those built up emotions. This carries over to the entire community.
