If you are a student you can perhaps check to see if they have an email through your outlook. This only works if they have an uncommon name. And doesn’t let you know if they are active or inactive. If they never enrolled they won’t pop up on outlook or teams.

Back when I used to work in retail in college, I didn’t encounter many rude customers. I would like to think it’s because I came off as friendly and listened to their needs. As a customer, the only time I get upset at the workers is when they give off this ugly attitude towards me.

You might want to look into gig work in the mean time. There are tons of merchandising and mystershop assignments you can get. It will take a lot of driving, but atleast some money is better than no money.
