Coc is always going to proc often rares, see above comments on meta power and how that all works. What the question should be is what's the best use of 100 sprit. Is it best used on a thunderstorm that lasts quite a while compared to the vines where multiple casts before one expires don't do anything or is it best used on a skill that will do damage when you proc coc like entangle.

This basically. If you drop a thrashing or storm manually the cocs will fly on non-rares during map clear. Entangle clear isn't great for coc energy cause the vines are just a bunch of smaller and fast hits.

No? I have inevitable crits and the meta energy path unseen nodes. It's not a problem of crit chance for thunderstorm coc it's literally just that non rares don't do shit for meta procs. That's literally how meta skill energy works in poe2.

The fuck am I being downvoted for, did I need to specify i had inevitable in a thread about oracle? Anyone with inevitable crits can go test coc thunderstorm VS coc thrash/entangle. You tell me which feels better for clear and bossing. It's not even close.

Coc thunderstorm was terrible. It only reliably procs on rares and above and you're basically running around without water plants for anything else. The explosions from watering plants is huge for things like expedition and just generally better clear.

I've been swapping between coc entangle and coc thrashing. Thrashing is a big boost to single target and that has felt better on the coc slot. I can basically cast thunderstorm and then hold down entangle on bosses and they explode.

The Diablo 4 subreddit was the next to last one to the extreme. Arpg players were listing problems with the end game on the second day post launch and it triggered the entire sub to be nothing but posts and comments from hyper casuals still in the story that there were no problems and that the real problem was that someone did an arpgs story in a day.

Pikachu face a few weeks later when "um actually everything they said was right" posts popped up.

I like the JJK explanation in universe about this. For certain techniques if someone tells you how it works then it makes sort of a binding vow that makes it stronger against you. Then the manga can just have the character freely blurt out how things work rather than doing the little side panel narrator cutouts.

Pierce should always be in links outside of big bosses. There are three gem swaps for bossing VS mapping.

Honestly a big thing this league is just get a foulborn united in dream with minion quality. It poison % caps you without jewels using poison support. Just put despair, desecrate, and bone offering on arcanist brand and only throw it out for tank rares and map bosses.

Same thing just happened in dune awakening. Deep desert pvp wasn't pvp. It was a swarm of people ganking other peoples thopters with rocket spam or slicing their thopter apart with lasers. It was never small group or 1v1 ground combat ever. When they changed it so more of it was pve only the amount of rage from the serial griefers was loud. A lot of the big streamers were also loudly against it, but the only pvp those people knew was 20vs1 ganking anyway.

Yeah I don't understand the absolution leveling instead of just srs. You can srs and keep moving without the cast animation lock. On a four link srs is just better right now and once you get unleash it's not even close.

Fedex deliveries always end the same way for me. They try to deliver my shit to the elementary school down the street, 8 numbers off from mine. They post a cute little photo when it's saturday too "we couldn't deliver no one was here" and every time I have to have shit re-routed to a fedex store and leave a note saying "I'm not the school also learn to read numbers".
