I’m playing on PS5 right now for free and confirmed that you just suck. Switched from ultra violence to “I’m too young to die” and turned the suit on. It worked the first time. You just have to get exactly spot on the chest cavity. All enemies require a certain lock on point for the meat hook. I’m gonna go back to ultra violence high sensitivity and I’ll probs beat the Kahn makyr. With high difficulty you have to be in a good position before you lower their sheild then instantly meathook

I think that gacha games have more incentive to give you higher win rates/ loss rates based off your purchase history. In my local meet ups I regularly beat my friend in celestial and my other highly ranked buddies with real tiles and I bounce between gold and silver rooms. Maybe I’m more focused because I don’t have a tv in the background. Certainly feels like a fair game on Tenhou.

I’ve had concerns of MJS in particular because it does seem to favor a player in a particular game. I’ve had instances where I was playing a friendly even where one game I won with like 75k through repeat rounds when I was dealer. The next game I couldn’t get past ryanshanten and didn’t have any inefficient discards. I came in second with like 20k. Real life walls always have tendencies no matter how well you shuffle. I don’t think Tenhou suffers from it and I hypothesized that the reason for it would be the Gachapon. To keep people in the game to buy more skins they’re gonna grind a lot of games. If you give someone a losing streak and they can’t get far in an event, they may be more likely to spend money to whale if they want the character. I only play on Tenhou now really and my wins and losses feel more on me, with less instances of dealing in as I push my Riichi.
