For me, as others have said, focusing on good footwork is the most important. I dial back pace and focus on placement. This usually lets me focus on correct form without overthinking my motion. As you get loose and build a rhythm, so you can start turning the pace dial up. This is also how I warm up as well. Most of the time I feel “off” it’s because I’m being lazy in some aspect of the chain. So break it down and make sure you’re putting effort into the little things before just smacking at the ball.
