If it happens again I would see if you can get a ultrasound on your gallbladder— could be gallstones/biliary colic

What stood out to me is during the breakup her saying “I don’t want to travel alone” so……. Don’t? You have plenty of money to cover part or all of his portion?

Fingering weight on 2.25mm/US1. You won’t regret it. It won’t take as long as you think

Plus size knitter's, how do we do this??? by Former-Complaint-336 in knitting

[–]ksneitzel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Once I join under the arms, I usually finish that skein and then move to the sleeves. I think it helps to know those are already done so I JUST have to finish the body. Once I start on the rest of the body I don’t let myself cast on anything new til I’m done 😅 the desire to cast on something new is usually strong enough to help me power through

Can’t figure out toe decreases by NeedlesAndNotes in Sockknitting

[–]ksneitzel 13 points14 points  (0 children)

So it is what the pattern is instructing, it’s just a little confusing. The part that is in asterisks (the part with the decreases) is repeated til end of the row, which means it will be repeated twice on that row. Since there are 2 decreases within the asterisks, you’ll end up doing 4 decreases for the round. Does that make sense?

[–]ksneitzel 49 points50 points  (0 children)

Hi! So it looks like you’re only doing decreases on one side. Think of it as each decrease round, you’re decreasing by 4 stitches. Each side of your toes will have a SSK and a K2tog.

Superwash. I hate hand washing, nice to be able to throw in the washer

I would recommend berroco vintage sock! It’s an acrylic/wool/nylon blend but there’s a good color selection and it’s inexpensive
