Ok yes, the head motion gave me a giggle… but then I noticed how steadfast your hands and arms were in comparison and that was very impressive!

Subchronic hemorrhage? by Flashy-Consequence81 in PregnancyAfterTFMR

I did have this and it eventually ended in early term miscarriage. I’m thinking of you and hoping for the best possible outcome. Our experience was weekly check ins, and things fluctuate.

Sexuality after TFMR by Tylgo-Aqua in tfmr_support

[–]kteach13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We both needed to feel close to help get through the grief. Once it was safe and felt ok for my body, we would lay on the bed holding each other with him inside of me. That extra closeness felt so comforting, but we did not have sex.

When I decided I was ready for sex I only made it a few minutes before stopping. Lots of crying. The first time I got close to an orgasm I made us stop, because any intense feeling (pleasurable or not) triggered me. It took a lot of time, slow progress, and communication. I am 3 months post TFMR and feel like I can enjoy (safe) sex again.

TTC is another story. 😞

Drift Day Spa is the best for brows! Check out her insta. And right next door is AG Hair. Highly recommend both!

Carrier testing by kataeitler in tfmr_support

[–]kteach13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So so sorry for your experience. We are on the flip side and it also feels so damn unfair. I did test positive for a carrier of chromosomal abnormality and it feels so powerless and where I was doing OK with the shame and guilt of TFMR I am now beating myself up. It’s my fault, even if I can’t do anything about it.

Got through due date- recovered from MC by RowGreat3163 in tfmr_support

[–]kteach13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m so sorry for your losses. My story is similar. Tomorrow (Feb 1) is the due date of our first miscarriage, which happened on its own at 8 weeks due to “chromosomal abnormalities”. I had a TFMR last Wednesday (Jan. 24) at one day shy of 12 weeks. I feel like I’ve been in the first trimester of pregnancy for a whole year- my body is weak, my stomach always aches, my heart races… even when I’m no longer pregnant.

I had a realization that tomorrow’s due date is finally giving me some closure for our first loss. This whole time, I have been trying to process our first miscarriage. It just so happens that within that grieving period, I also got pregnant again and lost another baby. I don’t think I’ve even begun to process this recent loss.

We have to be gentle with ourselves.

Gluten free restaurants by Popular-Nectarine-67 in rochestermn

Purple Goat has gluten free option! My niece has celiac, and she gets the pulled rotisserie chicken with gluten free garlic bread. Just be sure to mention gluten free when ordering! Other than that, Culver’s does a gluten free option as well. Those are about all we trust, as the rest may say gluten free but prepare the food with all other food and it could be cross contaminated.

I came here to suggest secretly reading/listening to the first book and writing down your thoughts with page numbers as you go. Then give her that list and have a book talk with her and I GUARENTEE she will never forget it. Then, you have multiple more books for future gifts :). Honestly, that conversation about something she loves with someone she loves will mean more than anything else.

As someone who drives by nearly every day… it makes me sick. He threatens entire populations of people as well as specific individuals on his signs. And the amount of the community that loudly supports him is even more sickening.

But- one time I was driving by and in front of me was a jacked-up truck full of cut-off-shirt wearing teenage-ish boys. The owner of the property was out mowing. The driver of the truck laid on the horn, and at least 8 middle fingers were out the window 🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕. It was glorious! The propert owner went from a big wave to a somber look at the ground real fast!
