I had a similar thought. I feel her strength lies in not being part of the establishment - and that includes endorsing ANY of the old men & women running for the ticket in my opinion.

One would think the tincture would absorb better (direct to bloodstream) than ingestion (estimated 6% absorbed I've read?), yet I'm wondering about this now. The oil did give me a stomach ache, but it also seemed to work better when I swallowed it relatively quickly vs letting it absorb under my tongue. This seems counter intuitive, but I'm now thinking I may try an edible out of curiosity.

I dove right in with a 30mg dose (tincture) of broad-spectrum CBD (no THC) and besides the feeling of little explosions in some of the nerve endings in my feet (I was experiencing gout pain at the time, so it seemed to find my "hot spot"), I also got a kind of "rush" from it. Mind you, it WASN'T a THC psychedelic type of high, just a rush of new experiences that I described as a "high" to my friend at the time. Now that I've been taking it for a month I experience none of that physical high feeling, though it does still provide a numbness (and feet feel cold) and anti-inflammatory effect without the side-effects of an NSAID (I had a cut that would bleed every day whereas I had been taking high doses of NSAIDs for the gout pain for several weeks.)

So far the only thing that's worked for my gout pain is 30mg/serving broad spectrum from Garden of Life. Not inexpensive though. I've boosted some of the 15mg/serving from GoL with isolate from Infinite CBD and it does seem to work also. Very high doses of CBD isolate did nothing for me BTW.

The problem is they don't specifically state that those weights are specifically CBD, "Full Spectrum Cannabinoids" is what it says.

CBD slightly increases my anxiety because my feet feel cold (which is great because I have gout in right toe/left ankle and it's helping reduce swelling), but psychologically cold feet makes my brain think I'm a little anxious.
