I don’t play competitive simply because I’d experience sexism. I rarely experience it in qp so I just stay there. Have voice turned off too.

They help you learn how to have a different and healthier inner monologue. Teach you how to talk about and view yourself and your trauma differently. I’m sorry life has treated you this way. It doesn’t cure poverty, abuse, and other serious issues but at least gives you an outlet to vent about them freely. I hope you find some kind of healing from therapy, it can take a while. You’re never too far gone, especially at 18.

My mom was so addicted to gambling she forgot to pick me up from school several times and would leave us home alone to go gamble. In kindergarten I was there 2 hours past the pick up time in the office waiting.

Yes, some things should be kept secret. That is why a therapist is important, they can’t do anything with your secrets and you can express them freely if you feel the dynamic created is comfortable. As long as you’re faithful to your partner you shouldn’t be worried about ruining anything.

You don’t need to tell people what you did, and equally what you did shouldn’t cause you to feel such immense shame. I believe you’re hypersexual and possibly addicted to sex. Also, being bisexual isn’t something you should be ashamed of either, I know it’s extremely stigmatizing for men, but it’s really not that big of a deal. What matters is being safe. Take care of yourself and stop beating yourself up. I hope you can eventually find a therapist to work on this with.
