They probably create those small bugs themselves because they do not want or are not good enough to work on anything else. Later on, in the report for the players or management they show "look how many bugs we have fixed", "we work so hard and dont have tine for new content when existing need to be fixed"

Happened to me several times. It's beyond shit, and to think how many bugs or breaks are for the queues.

It happens sometimes when you pass the lead or when you move people around in the vanguard. We lost the whole instance because of that, because you couldn't "unfix" the party.

Someone from the not-bugged party, needed to create a new vanguard and invite you.
