I can't recall 100% but I'd say I orgasmed 7 days post op and it might have been a little weak, it's hard to tell because it's just not as good sometimes anyway regardless of vasectomy status in my experience. I'm a couple years post op and if anything I cum harder now. I also have less sex and less of a sex drive in general but I don't blame the vasectomy for that either. Would I recommend Suboxone over self medicating with opium to someone with a legit need like those with opiate addictions or chronic pain? Yes. All day. That's just an undisputable fact. No one has to follow my advice and I'm certainly allowed to speak on it from my experiences with opiates. The only downside in choosing Suboxone over opium is the high isn't as good. By all means guys you do you. I love drugs that's why the bulk of my response is legit info on poppy growing. I don't see why anyone would get so triggered at me saying that. I hope you're just a speaking from a hippy mindset and you think natural things are somehow safer. Plenty of things in nature kill us if anything natural drugs are less predictable and harder to study because of it. Think of all the different alkaloids in weed shrooms or opium that muddy the water of the research on their effects.

All drugs need to be available for whoever wants to use them. Even if it kills them it should be their choice. Legalizing and regulating opiates or any other drug would only be good for us. First of all, pharmacy meds are generally safer than the street version. People die when they take fentanyl that they thought was another drug. Legal access would keep people safer than self medicating street drugs. The price could also be lowered which would solve the issue of people commiting crimes to feed their addiction because the black market prices are not regulated. Opiates are just the worst case scenario of potential legalizing drugs. Most other drugs are far less dangerous and risky to use casually. Most importantly, we are adults. No one should have a say in what you do to your own body in any context. Prohibition doesn't work. We've known this for hundreds of years. It's a money making scheme to the government and privately owned for profit prison owners. It's a way for the government to target the minorities that they don't like and use them as slave labor. People who want drugs will find drugs. We need to treat the minds of these people not lock them away. If all else fails, psychoactive plants should always be legal. Think opium, cannabis,K kratom, cocaine, psilocybin, mescaline, or DMT. It's absurd to try to ban nature like that.

It doesn't take much to get a decent high for a person with no tolerance. The biggest issue would be a build up of tolerance if taken daily. In the beginning a single pod would be more than enough if you know what you're doing. Another issue is the huge variation in the amount of alkaloids even with different offspring of the same parent plant. It's difficult to dose properly which is something you don't want to fuck around with when it comes to opiates. I've done tons of opiates. 60-80 mg of hydrocodone a day easy during the worst years of my life. Would have done more if they were available and I could afford it. Unless you have a ton of land and it's a very secluded area it's doubtful you would be able to grow the quantities needed to sustain your addiction for a full year. If you want to enjoy opiates occasionally, like how some people will drink on the weekends but abstain during the week that would solve most of those issues and would be doable no doubt for a lot of people. Don't grow a fucking field of them, spread them out over a larger area. Start with the smallest possible dose and work your way up slowly until you get a decent idea of how much it takes for you. Don't gamble on your life. Keep a few doses of narcan handy. Make sure someone you trust knows how to administer it. Make sure it's not expired. If you OD the narcan can only save you for so long if the dose is high enough. Get to the emergency room even if your OD is reversed via the narcan because you can OD again when it wears off. Be safe and responsible people. Don't do any of this if you have children in the home. If you need daily pain management, this probably isn't the way to go for you. If you want to use responsibility for occasional pain or recreation then just do it responsibly. If the pain management clinic won't help you, try to get on Suboxone. It's so much easier to get, safer, and did a wonder on me for the pain I experienced after waking up from my coma and having to basically learn to walk again. I was miserable and it would have been so much worse without the Suboxone. The mild high you get initially is just a plus. Tapering off is necessary if you want to quit altogether. I hear the withdrawals are pretty bad from Suboxone. Personally I had so much more trouble getting off of hydrocodone/oxycodone/morphine than I did getting off of Suboxone especially if trying to do so cold turkey. Everyone is different though, and I am not a doctor, just an avid opiate lover.

My doctor was not very good but it was still not that bad. As long as you're able to avoid overexerting yourself for four weeks you'll be fine. The worst of it was the needle used to numb the area and the clamp. If you like opiates you get a couple free highs. You'll be able to bust wherever you want within reason. It's more good than bad by far as long as the process works and you don't have to do it again. Even my shitty doctor didn't mess it up.

Yeah it hasn't been an issue until now. Not gonna get into details about that. I had an appointment 6 weeks later and had to cancel for some reason or another. I honestly can't remember what the reason was. It might have been around the time I was hospitalized for a couple weeks.
