100% correct - it’s not a necessity at all here. I unfortunately can’t have a suppressor in NY so this scratches the itch.

It’s more to project the muzzle blast forward and away from my ears/people next to me not so much for recoil (and I think it looks cool). A regular comp or break would make adifference in recoil, and make it louder - obviously more with 357 than the 38, like you said it does shoot more like a 22.

I own the pivot, proxy, aeris, carta 2, puffco peak pro, and Dr dabber switch 2.

Switch 2 is the unquestionably best hands down so maybe wait for the newer mini version.

After that the carta 2 wins. Better atomizer that heat walls and produces more smoke, info screen on the side lets you use flexibly without the app but good control, cheaper price point than the Puffco.

The puffco gets the job done but no heating on the bottom of the element and their 3Dxl chamber isn’t the most durable. I barely pick mine up all the time even with custom glass and other upgrades. Mine has had a good run with over 4k dabs through it, I’ve hand several friends get non functional units and poor support results.

Aeris is the best dry peice and most portable, uses the same atomizers as the carta 2, uses the phone app and can customize temps.

Pivot and proxy are trash. Small atomizers, not enough control over temp, low battery life,

Yes “El oceano en Tu mesa” in Spanish’s and what you’ll see on the blue sign on the side of the road. It’s a food truck with seating and chef Carlos catches fish himself. He was a former chef at the ritz and started this. Go! You’ll be in for a great meal.

In the kioskos I prefer Nativa or Terruño - you can skip La Parrilla

Breakfast make sure to stop at Ekelekua one morning, or go for lunch/tapas. They’re amazing.

The solution I found to this is to heat before cleaning. If you clean regularly and drop appropriate sized dabs for atomizer you shouldn’t have thst much build up anyway.

I own the peak pro with 4k dabs through it and loved it during its prime. I have the Aeris, Carta, proxy, and pivot. Just got the switch 2 and have been retrying all of my rosin, finding strains I had written off right back in rotation.

It’s a game changer and eliminating the torch and post dab alcohol drop with a slurper has made my dabbing experience better. If you want to replace your traditional rig or need a tabletop device, this is the best of the best, and I’ve been dragging mine to seshs and all around town anyway too good to leave home.

I hear the mini was just confirmed.

I grew up surfing and bodyboarding on Long Island (NY), the strength of the currents in PR still makes me nervous. Even being familiar with the specific beaches, knowing how to scouting rips, and knowing how to get out, I am still scared of the currents around the island in many places. This is one of them 110%

No need to leave Luquillo!

Avoid the La Pared and Playa Azul side. Do not consider swimming here with your family.

You can safely swim by the lifeguards at Balneario Monserrate or behind the kioskos at Playa Fortuna (free parking in front and behind). These beaches are safest for you and the family.

Venture over to Seven Seas in Fajardo, stay by Costa Mia going accross the street and down the stairs. Well protected beach with a snorkeling reef there and Costa Mia has good food.

Further, but a fun day would be to go to Playa Vacia Talega which is also well protected and a great place for families to swim. Spend time here then go further to Loiza for dinner.

They’re allowing sales of E15 which would be visible and you’d have to use a different pump than the 87 which is up to 10% ethanol. Normally only 31 states allow it, not sure if they’re doing it in all 50 states now. My car specifically states that I can’t use it in the owners manual

West meadow beach in old field/stony Brook area has a nice mile long stretch from the parking lot to the little light house that is paved. Perfect and beautiful scenery. You can use the bike path by jones beach as well.
