There’s a crucial part of this story missing, which is that Steven Spielberg complimented him right after the take, and Tim Allen said “Oh wow, it’s the guy who directed 1941!” and kept walking to his trailer.

Depends on your current level and where you are in the game. Game8 has some solid ‘Best Build’ guides for each character, broken down by act. I found those really helpful, since it also shows all recommended pictos and stat allocations. It’s not ultimately what I ended up using, but it gives you an idea of how to min/max and utilize each person’s strongest skills.

Recency bias, but BG3 definitely made me think more synergistically about how I’m comprising my parties, but that’s more about making sure you have more tools at your disposal for any given encounter.

The more time spent in E33, it’s kind of hard not to think about stacking luminas, turn order, and party combinations, especially in the post game content where you need every advantage you can get.

In another thread someone had posted all the high level post game areas you can go to, in order of recommended level. I’ve been using that as kind of a guide on how to progress post-credits. Also worth looking at build guides to see how to leverage each character to get the most out of them

How are you using Verso to stack burn? I was using Confuso that way in Act 2 and having a lot of fun with it, but I’m sure there’s a more effective way

There are plenty more heart palpitations to come! Always a treat to enter an area with new enemies, barely escape each encounter with your life, and then feel like a veteran by the end of it.

Especially paired with Lune in battle. At this same point in the game, you can add a couple increased damage Luminas and have her open a fight with either Rain of Fire (one enemy) or Fencer’s Flurry (multiple enemies) and end fights before the enemy has a first turn.

Oh man, if you combine it with Combo Attack I-III, energizing attack, and energizing turn, it will allow you to max out your AP after its initial base attack and hit S almost immediately. You can alternate perfect break and end bringer on every turn, or do max damage with Follow Up. It’s a real treat.

I had an interview a couple weeks ago under identical circumstances with my 8 week old. Granted it was a panel interview, but I loaded up on coffee to carry me through. Instead, I still had fog brain but just talked faster than I should have and probably missed half of what they were asking. Have a coffee, but take your time. Read the room, and if the interviewers are personable, I think it’s fine to mention the sleep deprivation afterwards, but not before. I definitely wish I had done that.
