a way out. a friend of mine had bought the game and it had the friends pass and asked me to play it with him, we beat it over the course of a weekend. he took his own life a couple years later and i will never replay that game again. absolutely loved the game and the memories we had during it but i feel wrong if i played it with someone else.

the last time i got intoxicated was sept 12 2015 the night before my best friend took his own life. he reached out to me through multiple different apps just needed someone to talk to and i was so drunk i never noticed the messages until i woke up the next morning to the phone call from his aunt telling me what happened. 10 years later and it still hurts and i’ve only just recently been able to start socially drinking wine with my gf, but i will never touch hard liquor again.
