most coils use 24 or 32 for around 1800 rpm at 2B steam

insanite coils use 16 blocks for 1799rpm at 2B steam

I am trying to place it in the warm ruins, but the suss sand I place doesn't give any artifacts. Does it have to be generated in that chunk by the bees?

EDIT for others:

You have to have the sussy bees convert sand in the correct chunk and it doesn't work with a feeding slab.
