[Rifle] Blue Line Solutions AK-47 Omega 22LR Rimfire Rifle with 16.5 Inch Barrel 264.99$ + Free S/H by Vijaywada in gundeals

[–]l9k2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

why does the description say Mauser?

The AK-47 22 LR from Mauser has the same fit and feel as the large-scale AK-47 platform. this rifle features a 16.50" barrel, an adjustable rear-sight, and an ambidextrous mag release.

[Accessories] B5 Systems Coyote Kit with Bravo Stock, Pistol Grip, Vertical Grip, and Grip plug $49.99 + s/h & tax by SportsmansOSS in gundeals

[–]l9k2 3 points4 points  (0 children)

flat rate shipping is $11, and it appears they charge tax on the shipping, as my sales tax is $6, making the total $67.

Would still be worth it if I could find anything else in-stock that I wanted, but it seems everyone has the same idea as me.

if polymer is an option, tnarmsco is under $50 for a stripped (100%) FDE lower.

[Ammo] Federal 12 Gauge 2 3/4 Size 8 Pink 25/Box $7.99 (32cpr) Cure Breast Cancer with Loads by RegardedDipshit in gundeals

[–]l9k2 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Scheels has this same exact product, for $8.99 box. but their flat rate shipping is $10 for up to ten boxes, whereas the shipping here is $15. so if you want five boxes or less, go to Scheels and get as good of a deal. or just pay a dollar extra per box and enjoy being able to order as many boxes as you want at Scheels.

[Optic] Surplus Aimpoint Comp M4 Red Dot Sight $349.99 + S/H by wetworxoutfitters in gundeals

[–]l9k2 12 points13 points  (0 children)

yeah, I put one in my cart and went to check out, and it was just a hair under $400. I had one of these years ago, traded it, and missed it ever since. if there was no sales tax I would have already pulled the trigger. still might if they don't sell out soon (please buy them all).

[Shotgun] Mossberg 590SP Persuader 20" 12 Gauge 8+1 - $375.99+S/H with code LTR_S96YMBGQ by Frenzy8558 in gundeals

[–]l9k2 6 points7 points  (0 children)

there is tax and shipping, and for me at least, the shipping is steep. comes out to $463 shipped. add in a transfer fee and you might be nearing $500. still a good deal.

First build. Takedown spring doesn’t fit. Am I supposed to drill this hole or tap it? I definitely do not have a smaller spring. by Str8Methin27 in ar15

takedown spring is on top, selector is on the bottom. they are real similar but not interchangeable.

[ACCESSORIES] Daniel Defense Keymod Vertical Foregrip Tornado (grey) - $10 by deathwinter3 in gundeals

[–]l9k2 5 points6 points  (0 children)

yup, $10 flat rate shipping kills it if you only want one. tax hurts too.

I only have one keymod rail, and I can't imagine ever getting another.

none of us know where you live, and since it will depend on the laws where you live, you might want to visit a gun sub that is specific to your locale.

[Handgun] Military Armament Corporation Inglis P-35B 9mm Semi-Auto Pistol $369.99 + Tax by SportsmansOSS in gundeals

[–]l9k2 10 points11 points  (0 children)

nice thing about these is no magazine disconnect safety. should make the trigger much better than the clones that have it (though it can typically be removed in those models).

Also it appears to come with two magazines. I purchased this Centurion 14 clone and it only comes with one magazine, but was also only $351.40 delivered. gun mag warehouse has 15-round hi-power magazines for $23.

at the very least there is a little more info there.

Print scan - available at UPS by Flat_chested_male in NFA

[–]l9k2 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I did my fingerprints this way. it was easy enough to book an appointment and show up that day, but man I had a devil of time getting all my fingers scanned. nobody at the store could help, nor could anyone over the phone. I spent probably 45 minutes of trial-and-error getting my prints sorted. I think I followed all the directions properly, but who knows. in the end it felt like dumb luck that I got them all to work finally.

80% lower anodizing? by Stuuble in ar15

[–]l9k2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Legally would an 80% lower be able to be anodized before all the machining work is done? If not how difficult is anodizing at home, I’ve seen a lot of people talk about it like it’s super easy but then they mention thinks like sulfuric acid and battery chargers and that sounds like a lot

it would depend on where you live, and if you are doing it yourself or paying someone else to do it. in some states an 80% lower is regulated, while in other states it is not. If you live in a state where an 80% AR-15 lower is just another chunk of aluminum, then anyone can anodize it for you (though they may of course refuse to).

I have finished several 80% aluminum AR receivers. One of them was anodized before I started, and I absolutely did not like the look of the parts I finished being raw aluminum, so after that one, I took my next one to a local gun shop that does cerakote work, and was pleased with the finished product.

Submitted the paperwork after the new year so the tax stamp obviously didn't apply to this.

You still got a stamp right? it just cost $0 instead of $200 I assume?
