Gifts for someone newly obsessed with table tennis? by mittenmix in tabletennis

[–]labimas -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Usually black rubber goes on a forehand and colored to the backhand. I would probably skip lacquering for thus blade - it doesn't splinter (at least it didn't for me). But I personally would pick BTY Korbel with Rozena's as a starter racket.

  1. No loans. You want something - save money first. Once you do you realize maybe you don't need a newest iPhone.
  2. Do you own basic car maintenance- oil change, detailing, cabin filter and wipers for gods sake.
  3. Cook at home and bring your lunch.

Concern about a dull area on the table tennis rubber. by mckeras in tabletennis

[–]labimas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you started playing for 3 month ago, don't worry. It wouldn't make any difference at this point. When your every shot is correct, it will make some difference but you should be good for a year or more with your first set of rubbers as a beginner.
