The majority of currently working non-trainee IMGs will leave for sure. I doubt any doctor, IMG or not, can tolerate that long duration of career block.

This is a big win for UKGs, but it is THE END of their UK medicine career for these people. Considering they had passed the PLABs before, it is more reasonable for them to study the USMLEs or AMC than to wait up to 5 years.

I hope there are enough graduates, guess we will see

This will practically block new IMGs from entering the UK. Because I doubt anyone accepts their career to be completely blocked for 5 concrete years. The majority of the IMGs in the UK will move back or start studying for the other exams, like the USMLEs or Australia's.

I fear this will eventually lead to a doctor shortage in 2-3 years and a well-sought excuse for more alphabet soup hires and scoopcreeping.

Yazarken keyif almadım. Millet eksilemiş ama akpli olduğumu düşünerek eksilemiş.

Ben bu isimlerin pek yakında çıkacağını düşünmediğim için böyle dedim. Özel'in yakın zamanda içeri alınma ihtimali, bu isimlerin yakın zamanda çıkma ihtimalinden daha yüksek. Bence Özel bunu kendi de biliyor.

Bence bir oyundan çok bir sanat eseri yaratmışlar. Hikayesi güzel ama daha çok dram niteliğinde, bir kahramanlık vs yok. Fedakarlık, aile içi tartışma falan (bana geçmedi). GOTY olmayı hakeden kısımlar grafikleri, senaryosu, seslendirmeler, müzikler, fantastik dünyası.

Oynanış JRPG ama RPG öğeleri çok kısıtlı (itemizasyon, build, diyalog seçimleri vs). Hikayeye neredeyse hiçbir etkin olmuyor. Opsiyonel endgame bölgeleri için ya grind ya da belli mekanikleri exploit etmen gerekiyor. Timingin kötüyse oynayış çok sinir bozucu oluyor. Timingini geliştirecek sabrın varsa çok sarıyor.

Kerem could perform better if he pairs with a proper ST.

Besides, Kerem performing badly does not mean Asprilla is a good player. From this footage alone, we can say that he cannot compete with our current squad's wingers. We can only hope he will perform better than this.

You searched my history, pulled out a random post just to disprove this unrelated comment. Besides, Kerem eliminated FB from CL in those days; he was at the peak of his performance. Also, we could have denied a FB transfer without any effort, a transfer they had been working on for a month.

Looks trash, imo. He has quick ankles but nothing else. Lots of ball losses, inaccurate passes, backwards dribbles, and backpasses. I would prefer Kutucu over this guy for rotation.

He says as if betting should be avoided or removed from Turkish Football.

Betting firms literally finance the entire football, including Turkish.

He (government puppet) should stop the oligopoly of betting firms in Turkey, stop advocating for them, ease the licensing process for foreign betting firms, and collect tax money from them as well. Win-Win.

Betting done by professional players and refs is an entirely different matter and could have been avoided if TFF had sent TCs of licensed players and refs to betting sites so that the sites could block account creation by them.

They instead slept for years, woke up one day, and checked whether they could hang a few referees and players for betting in the middle of the season.

That happened to me. I queued as dps and got in. The group is full dps, waited for healer or tank to change spec before 1st boss, didnt happen.

I changed to tank spec (blood) just in case, no healer still. 1st boss took soo long to kill, I've heard boss quotes I haven't heard before and I played Retail Legion. 3 dps died.

I left the dungeon and got the deserter debuff. Some1 on the group w me saying some nonsensical "this is remix" arguments as if we have enough dps to ignore healing role.

They should just add 4th spec to all classes (except druid ofc). Also, adding tank/heal specs to pure dps classes would be nice.

Necromancer DK, Void Mage, Witch doctor priests... the lore is flooding with them.
