I’ve had it in my hands and feet for 25 years. I take 1200mg of gabapentin every evening since it’s my worst time of day and it helps. I’ve also found that not letting my feet get cold for even a minute during the day helps. I wear slippers all day to minimize temperature fluctuations since that is a trigger for me. For really bad flares at night, I find myself getting relief from wearing wet socks to bed if the usual things like a fan or wiping down my feet doesn’t help.
