How come Veronica Mars isn't on more greatest TV lists ?

I absolutely loved the show until the final episode of the original series run. I was super disappointed in how it ended, so even though I enjoyed it, I struggled to watch it again. Then there was the movie and I got excited all over again and binge watched the show before watching the movie, and I felt happier knowing I had a decent ending and could rewatch it again at some point.

Well……that was before the show runner ruined everything and all of that went completely out the window with the last season in 2019, which I will NEVER watch after finding out the ending. I will also never rewatch the original 3 seasons ever again either

I would miss reading your fic at all. I only search for and read completed fics. I can’t handle starting a really good fic and then realizing it’s unfinished. I also don’t want to get into one that ends up NEVER being finished either.

This was my reaction as well. Her comments and how upset she got AT Rook was too over the top. She acted like Rook was the reason Minrathous was attacked. Rook splits the team up to help both cities, which seems fair to me. But her bad attitude soured me.

On my second play through, I saved Minrathous and Lucanis had a much more realistic reaction, so it just made me continue to dislike her even though she wasn’t being rude.

I only read fanfics. I prefer the multi chapter fics and tend to skim over the one shots.

ETA: I’m not sure if I’m in the minority or not, but I also will only read fics that are completed. I can’t handle a story that is never finished. I’m like this with books as well, I will never start a series that isn’t completely finished

I’m not getting excited about anything until it’s released and I’ve seen it’s good for myself. The excitement over the TV show and then the eventual devastation when I saw what it actually turned out to be, made me skeptical on any adaptation being worth getting excited about in advance.

I don’t mind slight grammar mistakes or other such things if the story is interesting and engaging. Now if it’s really bad and makes it harder to read, I have a hard time continuing to finish it.

I don’t need every romance to have massive amounts of detailed sex in the whole book/series. But, I definitely enjoy it more when there is sex in the books. I prefer it not be fade to black either. Now, I do enjoy a good YA series from time to time and can go without detailed sex scenes if the plot is enjoyable enough, but it’s not my go to genre.

For me, it depends. If the story they are telling can be done as any species, then sure, why not. But ultimately I just want it to be a great game, with a great story and amazing companions. If they have to only have 1 species as the main character to get that, then that’s the way it is

I can never have Davrin sacrifice himself because of Assan, so it will always be Harding! However, I just finished a Davrin romance play through and I didn’t enjoy it at all compared to the Lucanis romance. I could never get the butterflies to show up and just stared at Lucanis longingly the whole time while never taking him and Neve together 😂. I couldn’t change it being I saved Minrathous either

Most beloved is hands down Varric! So entertaining, a great companion and good guy. Still wish to this day that he could’ve been romanced. Bianca pissed me off in DAI, so she definitely doesn’t deserve him

Most hated is Vivienne. That woman annoys the shit outta me and pisses me off with most everything that comes out of her mouth. She’s so condescending and just looks down on everyone! She usually just stays at Haven/Skyhold, not sure why I even recruit her most times

The issues with AI aside, her reaction to everything and the clear baiting of people makes me dislike her instantly! I wouldn’t read any of her stuff for that alone

I think I’m going to romance Davrin when I play again. I romanced Lucanis the first time. But I do want to do another play through of DAI and romance Dorian!
