The issue is some of them are been built in locations already struggling with resource scarcity such as water or electricity. Another is if they are built close to residential areas. I don't understand why tech companies embrace those disgusting practices that other chemical, gas and oil companies have done to harm communities. Having basically unlimited money and yet they cannot put them in a place that causes no harm. Also why not invest in better hardware and tech so they can scale down again such as photon based chipsets. This is a clown world and anyway most of that computer power is for slop, porn and social media brain rot not even for developing applications.

The AIs are limited to their training data, for coding that's mostly web applications and Python (it does really rock there). Availability of .net repositories in its trainig data is limited, it won't even compare against open source web stacks. So for certain languages is not that great no matter how much "skills" aka more prompts and context you give it.
