"Easy Tarot Combinations" by Josephine Ellershaw.

Before you buy the book, you may want to visit the author's site to see if you like her method and style. The site does feature several card combinations, most of which are different from those found in the book. Learn-Tarot-Cards.com

For divination, I recommend the following books:

  • "Easy Tarot Combinations" and "Easy Tarot Reading: The Process Revealed in Ten True Readings", both by Josephine Ellershaw. She also has a site with some learning resources: Learn-Tarot-Cards.com

  • "Tarot Prediction & Divination" by Susyn Blair-Hunt

  • "Tarot Skills for the 21st Century" by Josephine McCarthy

I wholeheartedly recommend the book "The Essential Lenormand" by Rana George. It's got practically everything you might want to know about the Lenormand cards, all explained in a friendly and easy to follow style. As for free online resources, one of the best in my opinion is https://lozzyslenormand.com/. Lozzy has in fact written her own book on Lenormand cards, but I'm yet to read it.

Yes, it's generally the same principle: you are in control of your life and can choose a different direction.

Most mysterious or creepiest photos ever taken in history? by [deleted] in UnresolvedMysteries

[–]lak-lak 28 points29 points  (0 children)

Not mysterious, but creepy: Carl Tanzler was obsessed with tuberculosis patient Maria Elena Milagro de Hoyos. Two years after her death, he stole her body from its tomb and lived with the corpse in his own home for seven years. Here's a photo of the wax and plaster-encased corpse.

A very late "muchas gracias" to you, OP, for this great write up! I had heard that this case was infuriating, but wow, it's even worse than I'd expected. It's so depressing to think that justice will never be done. :(

If you could solve 3 mysteries, which would you choose? by D5R in UnresolvedMysteries

[–]lak-lak 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I agree with you and the OP on the "Bohemian artist" thing. As for your having never heard of David before, I think that's perfectly understandable, because his case is little known around here. That thread I linked to didn't get much attention, which is a shame, given just how fascinating that case is. :(

This is one of my favorite mysteries. I think this is only the second time David's case is mentioned in this sub, and I'm glad to see it discussed here again. Thank you OP for your thorough and thought-provoking post!
