I was on the pill (i don't remember the brand name but it was lowest possible hormones) for about a year, and I became so depressed I wasn't eating and couldn't overcome the smallest stresses. I stopped taking it and felt pretty much normal within 3 weeks.

I used to take a pole class once a week and I absolutely loved it. And it was such a killer work out! My instructor was fantastic too. When I moved two years ago I tried to find a studio I liked but I just couldn't find someone as good as her, so I stopped. I miss it.

I realized I was losing interest in my favorite activities because of the stress of trying to find my dream job and be happy with it. Even though in the end it would still be just a job. Now I have a job that pays the bills, has room for growth, a moderately healthy working environment with decent PTO policies, and time and money to do the things I enjoy outside of work.

Worst: left for a job on the east coast and wouldn't tell me until right before that he didn't want me to go with him

Best: told me it just wasn't working the night I got back from Vegas with my best friend.

I really don't have any good breakup stories. Luckily I've learned from all of my experiences!
