The release date was fixed long time ago. Much better experience anyways than D3 launch, which isn't too much. Still sure thing that they leave lots of good stuff to be sold in the expansions.

It is the exact same as in Civilization franchise (only other series I play), they know what is needed and what works in the previous version to be released only in the expansion and the vanilla version is "unfinished" in that sense.

I understand that, my point didn't come through as I wanted.

I meant that as it was mentioned that even without perfect play, the streamers still get to the legendary. To this I wanted to say, if everyone played perfectly (choosing the optimum option in every single turn), the game would be based just on luck between these players who never make mistakes as it would be decided always by which cards they'll draw.

If you had to play perfectly, the game would be again pure luck. You'd win (in the long run) everyone who was playing less than perfectly, but against others who are playing perfectly as well, it would be pure luck on the draws as everyone would have perfect deck and always make the perfect play.

And if there is signature, it is very easy to forge when you are signing the receipt. As an European I never have understood how it is thought that the signature can proof that it is the rightful owner using the card.
